Lucid Dreaming MP3

Want to know how to control your dreams? A little lucid dreaming MP3 music goes a long way. The use of binaural beats can help induce the appropriate level of semi-consciousness needed to enter a lucid dream state easily and quickly.

How Lucid Dreaming MP3 Music Works

The brain is a collection of neurons which communicate with our vital organs through electromagnetic signals – or brainwaves.  These signals are what get measured when you have an EEG (Electroencephalography) conducted by a medical practitioner.

Our brains operate at different brainwave frequencies during different biological states.  The frequency produced when we are asleep is different from the frequency measured while awake.  To learn how to control your dreams, it is thought that you need to achieve a brainwave frequency that is between these two states.

Outside stimulus to the brain, such as sound – music, for example – can have an impact on the brain’s operating frequency.

All sound is really a vibration of the molecules in the air around us.  The frequency, or intensity, of any sound is determined by the timing of the vibrations created.  Sound frequency is measured in units referred to as “hertz” or Hz.  People can generally hear sounds with a frequency between 20Hz and 20,000Hz.  (Think of your electric bill and how your usage is measured in kilowatts.  A kilowatt is a measure of electricity; a hertz is a measure of sound.)

What Are Binaural Beats?

Binaural beats are special clips of music where part of the music is recorded at one frequency and part in another.  Using headsets, you pump one frequency into your left ear and one frequency into your right ear and the combination of the two different frequencies will coax your brainto begin operating at a different frequency than normal for your current biological state.

If your brain is operating at frequency A and you pump frequency B into your left ear and Frequency C into your right ear, your brain should move to frequency D based on the outside stimulus it is receiving.

There is no doubt that sound can have an impact to our physiology.  Has your heart ever started to race after you heard an unexpected car backfire right near you?  Have you ever suddenly felt a renewed sense of energy when a particular song came on the radio?

Sleep experts suggest the best sleeping environment includes a lack of noise. No music, no television. The reason is that the existence of sound keeps you from getting a deep sleep because part of your brain is always stimulated by the noise. However, that makes a very good setting for lucid dreaming, the goal being that you are aware and conscious even when asleep.

Using lucid dreaming MP3 audio to achieve a desired state is sometimes referred to as brainwave entrainment – the process of using external stimuli at a set frequency to lead the brain out of its regular frequency and into another.
